We
will ensure that our services are always delivered to the commercial
advantage of the client in a
professional manner and to the best of our ability.
Personnel Matters
The
worker will:
Behave
with courtesy and due respect at all times.
Whilst
on-site, dress in a manner appropriate to professional
personnel and having regard for any dress code operating at the time.
Confidentiality
We
will consider all privileged information however received during the
contract period as being in the strictest confidence. Such information
will not be divulged to unauthorised parties.
Correction of
Unsatisfactory Work
Any
deliverable that does not meet the exacting standards as documented at the
time by the client will be reworked by us at no extra cost to either the
agent or client.
End of Contract
Support
At
end of contract we will offer free telephone support for two weeks
(subject to agreement by the agent).
During this period, should the client have either general or technical queries regarding the work we have done,
we will endeavour to answer them to the best of our ability.
